Day 6: '64 Chevy

Can you believe the first week of my "Picture of the Day" project is almost over?!  It has been so much fun!  I just hope I can keep the momentum up going into next week.  If you have any ideas for a picture of the day feel free to leave a comment below or shoot me an email!


Today's picture is my husband's 1964 Chevy C-10 step side truck that is preparing to undergo restoration.  I had a hard time when my husband wanted to buy this truck.  Not because it's a piece of junk, but because it's a Chevy.  My grandpa raised me to be a Ford girl and I hope he's not disappointed in me for being disloyal, but it does have a lot of character and I can't wait to see the end result!  Obviously, this is a before picture.  I have a TON more that I might post later, but for now, this is my favorite.  I hope to post more during the restoration process and eventually when it is finished.  Have you ever restored a vehicle before?  Any tips or suggestions you can offer would be much appreciated!  Hope y'all enjoy this gorgeous Saturday!
